Shipping and Payment Policies
We offer flat rate shipping per order. $15 Canada & USA.
For orders outside of Canada and USA, please choose from the Canada Post calculated shipping option at checkout that is best for you.
United States and International Orders
You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply to your order.
Please refer to lead times on each product detail page in our shop. To save you money, we use ground shipping in North America. Orders shipping within Canada typically take 2-7 business days to arrive. Orders shipping to the USA take 5-14 business days to arrive. All other international destination transit times depend on the service you choose at checkout. Tracking number will be provided to you when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy for ready to ship items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. *Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer*
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Loyal Loot, 460 22 Avenue NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2M 1N3.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If for some reason your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, get in touch with us email@example.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as custom orders or made to order items are made just for you based on the unique specifications you chose when ordering a custom product. We cannot accept returns on custom/made to order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept most credit card varieties as established by Shopify.
Sales tax is charged to all Canadian customers based on the province to which you wish to have your order shipped.
Shipping costs will be sent to you in a separate invoice before your order is delivered. If you would prefer to use your own shipping account, we can accommodate this as well.
